Ingredients
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Oat Bran
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Hemp Powder
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Frozen or Fresh Berries
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Full Fat Bio or Greek Yogurt or Coconut Cream if dairy free
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Mixed Smashed or Chopped Nuts
- Add hot water and stir
- Can convert to a smoothie if preferred in the blender
