Ingredients

  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Oat Bran
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Hemp Powder
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Frozen or Fresh Berries
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Full Fat Bio or Greek Yogurt or Coconut Cream if dairy free
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Mixed Smashed or Chopped Nuts
  • Add hot water and stir
  • Can convert to a smoothie if preferred in the blender
